You have the right to change your mind on all products delivered, this should be actioned within 14 days of having received delivery of the goods. You will need to either return the goods to us or contact us on 01767 690049 or via email@example.com for us to arrange collection of the goods.
Please note goods must be returned in a re-saleable state and of course be safe for transport. All returns must be accompanied with a completed returns form.
Where goods are collected by ourselves, the cost of delivery and the cost of collection will be deducted from the refund given. The cost of collection will be the same as the delivery cost.
All refunds processed regardless of the reason of return, will be to the same credit card used for the original purchase only. Alternative means of refunds is not possible.
Refunds will be for the full purchase value including delivery, minus reductions were applicable, such as delivery and collection costs if the return is 'change of mind'.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
If you feel the product supplied is faulty, please report this within 7 days of the delivery, by contacting us on 01767 690049 or via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have to hand your delivery number or list this within the email.
Where products are faulty we will of course exchange or refund the product including the delivery charges. The goods must be returned to us or we be allowed to collect the goods at our cost as part of the refund/exchange procedure.
